Amanda obtained a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canberra and is currently studying her Masters of Applied Family Law through the College of Law.
Amanda has been practicing exclusively in Family Law since January 2014 and has recently relocated from Canberra to Melbourne. She now works in the Family Law team at RNG Lawyers. Prior to working in Family Law, Amanda worked in Policy within the Community Sector.
During her time in Canberra, Amanda was a volunteer at the Night Time Legal Service and Women’s Legal Centre. She was also an active member of the ACT Law Society Family Law Committee and the ACT Law Society Young Lawyers Committee. She is now the Co-Chair of the Community Issues Committee of the Law Institute of Victoria, Young Lawyers Committee.
Amanda regularly appears in the Family Law Courts and is an effective advocate for her clients. She has extensive experience in Parenting and Property matters and can also explore alternative dispute resolution options with clients.
Amanda regularly participates in mediation to assist our client’s to obtain sustainable and cooperative family law solutions.
