Shea was admitted to practice law in 2015, initially practicing in a broad range of legal areas including wills and estates, conveyancing, commercial law, borrower and guarantor advice, victims of crime assistance work, personal injury, and superannuation matters.
However, Shea now practices predominately in wills and estates (including estate litigation) and is currently completing her Masters of Applied Law specialising in wills and estates. She provides a wide range of services including estate succession planning and advice, drafting standard and complex Wills, powers of attorney and medical treatment decision maker documents, works on a full range of estate administration matters including applications for grants of probate and letters of administration, as well as acting in estate litigation matters and claims for family provision.
Shea holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (double majoring in Criminology and International Relations), and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.
In her spare time, she serves on a number of boards and community organisations and enjoys spending time with friends and family (and loves a nice glass of wine).
