However, the Authority has recently announced that where a Provider submits a completed application for a License with the Authority before midnight on 31 December 2019 and there is no evidence of non-compliance, until that application is determined the Authority will not take any action against that Provider for providing labour hire services without a License, or against any Host who enters into arrangements with such a Provider.
